In my early years Peter Papoulas, General Manager. He thought of his employees as family and had a real focus on excellence in guest attention.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
Over the years it was the fun aspects with fellow employees and working with people. Rewarding development.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?
I fell in love with food and beverage as well as developing my management style.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:
Patience and go that extra mile. You will be greatly rewarded.
