OHI - We Are Hospitality and the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association (ORHMA) is pleased to announce the launch of complimentary 2025 student memberships for high school, college, and university students across Ontario.
Student Memberships
As part of our ongoing commitment in building the pipeline for hospitality, and encouraging students to grow within the industry, we are offering students the chance to engage with a wide range of exclusive member benefits. These include access to weekly communications that deliver the latest industry news, tools, and trends; participation in virtual meet-and-greets with industry professionals; access to events; and the opportunity to proudly display the OHI student membership logo.
Hospitality Connect
Hospitality Connect pulls job postings directly from employer career pages and applicant tracking systems across Ontario — hotels, restaurants, resorts, and more. Job seekers create one profile that shows their skills, certifications like Smart Serve, experience, and availability. They can upload a resume, import from LinkedIn, or fill it in on their phone — no resume required. They keep that profile, update it as their career grows, reuse it for their next application without starting over, and can see where each application stands.
Student Bursaries
Student Bursaries are offered by many industry members for students to find success within hospitality by pursuing higher education or jobs within this wonderful industry.
