I have been lucky to be surrounded by family members who established a career in
various areas of the industry be it restaurant franchiser, chef, F&B professional or
small business owner. You can't help but get inspired hearing their stories!

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
The opportunity to be surrounded by excitement every single day be it in the new
experiences, the people you meet or the new learning opportunities. There's never a
dull moment in the world of hospitality!

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?
Our industry encompasses the hardest workers I have ever come across and they
work their magic with the brightest of smiles. They inspire me daily to take that leap of
faith and go that extra distance because the result will be amazing!

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:
Take the time to ask your questions during the interview process and find alignment in
shared values and vision – your passion and commitment to your job will be tenfold!
