Your inspiration to begin working in hospitality:
While I was a kid, I used to stay in a hotel where my uncle was the General Manager, by looking at him and the staff at his hotel the way they work to make everyone happy inspired me to choose this professional industry. As soon as I finished my High School, I joined the Hotel Management School.

My hospitality mentor:
Yes! my uncle as I mentioned above. Him and his team work professionally and systematically to maintaining the high quality service, supper clean rooms and other areas at all time inspired me to this beautiful and professional industry.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
Working with people "my guests and my staffs". Exceeding the expectation of everyone and seeing the happiness in everyone's face is my self satisfaction.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?
This is a people business. We work for each other in person, where the humanity is in touch in every minutes in my work. "Every minutes is an opportunity to make someone happy" by doing things professionally.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:
If you are a person who is social and wanted to help others, then this is the industry for you. Enroll yourself to the Professional Hospitality Management Study Program to polish your self to be a professional person then start from the bottom line jobs to learn the operation of all department.
