The General Manager from the Royal Le Meridian Jumeraiah Beach. Mr. Matt had an amazing personality, and hard working that always had customer service had inspired me during my young days when I would go to spend time on the weekends in Dubai. He would guide me and talk to me about his international experience. I loved travelling and meeting people so this would be the way ahead.

Yes, it's a 24/7 industry where one does not wear a watch and works hard till the work is done. Customer Satisfaction is the key and its similar to show bizz, where you work to give guest that moment of truth and satisfaction.
