Every Leader I've had, was an opportunity for me to take teachings and learn. Each one (good and bad) form a piece of who I am today.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?

Every day is a new challenge. Many times, I love what I do so much I forget it's "work". My team feels like family. It adds and improves my mental wellbeing to surround myself with the positive hospitality energy of others. Seeing others grow their career, travel the world, build a foundation for themselves and their families is awesome to be a part of.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?

The People. Making a difference in other's lives through memorable experiences.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:

Try it! What might be a part-time job to help you pay for school or buy a new pair of sneakers, can be a lifetime adventure and journey that takes you around the world!
