Yes. My first Operator, I worked for in Chick-fil-A. He showed to me that you could be a business owner in the restaurant industry without compromising your values and desire to serve others.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?

Equipping and serving my team to discover what their strengths are and how they can grow both in and out of Chick-fil-A.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?

The more I have grown in this career, the more opportunities I have had to serve those I work alongside and those who dine with us.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:

1. Get a job in the hospitality industry. 2. Don't assume every career in hospitality is the same as your job experience.
