Your inspiration to begin working in hospitality:
The Daily Planet was a vibrant unique environment (it would still be such today) with a
high degree of social interaction with customers and staff.

My hospitality mentor:
I was lucky to work for some well known restaurateurs such as The Dunkelmas, Emil
Rinderlin and John Arena. Those along with a well known Co-Manager who I worked
with who convinced me to move to hotels as well as many along the way all
contributed

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
Fraternal relationship between industry leaders.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?
There are always new opportunities for those with a dynamic skillset and experiences.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:
There is no one specific path in the hospitality industry, but it does offer roles for all
types of personalities and skillsets. Don't hesitate taking on a "entry level role" as your
interests, skills and personality can guide you in many directions
