I was initially happy to get a job with flexibility while I was a busy student. Over time, I
became inspired to serve others in meaningful ways.

Pat Mellor (former COO of Panera Bread), Bruce Elliot (former president of SIR Corp) -
so many amazing leaders I have ben privileged to work with.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
Serving others

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?
Seeing the growth in others, and helping young leaders to reach goals and avoid
pitfalls.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:
Align the organization with your values (not the other way around).
