Your inspiration to begin working in hospitality:

We didn't travel much when I was a kid, so getting to stay in a hotel here and there
was a treat, I just happened to see a job posting and thought I'd enjoy working in a
hotel.

My hospitality mentor:

I did not have any mentors.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?

Interacting with all different kinds of people, whether it's industry professionals or 
job seekers. I enjoy being able to help connect employers and job seekers and
always happy to hear if the job seeker was hired.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?

The opportunities are endless! I've done many different roles from customer service,
accounting, sales and marketing and all of them have been a wonderful learning
experiences that have helped me succeed in the industry.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:

There are so many different roles you can do in hospitality, the sky is the limit. Learn and grow from each role you're in you never know where it may lead.
