OHI - We Are Hospitality is working on developing the depleting workforce of our industry, and the Be Our Guest program is complimenting this initiative.

The program permits hospitality establishments to take on a high school student who has opted for a co-op placement. By doing this YOU, the employer, show young minds the vast opportunities and inspiring them to seek their future career in the hospitality industry. This not only motivates the youth, it benefits your own team as well as secures the future of hospitality!
