Your inspiration to begin working in hospitality:

I wanted to find a job that was manageable with school, and was extrovert friendly!

My hospitality mentor:

I take great pride in being an Alumni from the Ted Rogers School of Management Hospitality and Tourism Commerce program. Lots of professors there mentored me to get my footing in the Toronto hospitality industry.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?

I adore working with people and having a customers experience be at the focus of my work life.

What has inspired you to continue your career path in hospitality?

Say it with me.. the people! Working along side people with the hospitality gene has truly inspired me to continue my career path. The rush of working in Operations, F&B, and Events excites me and I look forward to continuing my career.

Advice for students interested in a career in hospitality:

My biggest advice is to forge relationships with your professors that have hospitality experience, and to gather as much experience as you can working in various roles of service.
